If your application is accepted, you’ll be invited to join a private call to learn more about our program. We’ll walk you through the system, answer questions, and set expectations.

There are no setup fees, no retainers, and no long-term contracts. You only pay for leads. Lead pricing varies based on a few criteria that we’ll go over during the invite-only phone call. 

Nope. All that’s required is that you’re ready to follow up and close the leads we send you. We handle the advertising, targeting, qualification, and initial trust-building—so you can focus on what you do best: signing clients and managing properties.

Most lead platforms send the same lead to 3–5 different companies. We don’t.

It totally depends on your market size. If you’re targeting nationally with no geographic restrictions, we can generate hundreds of leads per month. If you’re focused on a smaller local area, you might expect 5–10 high-quality leads per month. What makes our model work is its performance-based—so we only win when you do. Our goal is to generate as many high-intent leads as possible for our partners, while building full nationwide coverage with elite property management companies who can actually deliver for our rental owners.

Nothing we do conflicts with your in-house marketing efforts—in fact, we complement them. DoorStack Exclusive is a net-new growth channel you can leverage alongside your existing strategy to drive efficient CAC:LTV at scale. We’re built to plug into high-performing teams and support national operators who want to grow faster, without increasing internal overhead.

We’ve found that less established companies don’t always meet the level of operational excellence needed to qualify for our program. In some cases, they also lack the capacity to handle consistent lead flow—which creates a bottleneck for the rental owners we serve. That said, if you have strong fundamentals, a track record of great service, and you’re set up to scale, it might be a great fit. We care less about size—and more about execution and reliability.

  1. You have to pass our certification process. Unlike every other lead provider, we don’t just let any company into our network. Most companies won’t pass, because they simply aren’t good enough.
  2. We will only work with a very limited number of companies in every major metro region. Once those slots are filled, you will not be able to join our network — even if you meet the qualifications
  3. If you leave the network, you won’t be able to rejoin. This is not a sales or marketing “tactic”. There will be a waitlist in each region eagerly awaiting to join. If you leave, a new qualified company will be certified and take the slot. We work for rental owners, and we need to ensure we have a stable network of property managers to recommend.
